Liberation Romance Home of Auriel Grey
World

One world, three neighborhoods

This is one world — contemporary, American, ordinary enough that you could miss the strangeness if you weren't paying attention.

People here work, argue, cook, worship, want, and try again. They fall into beds and into trouble with the same bodies. What marks the place is not a map of invented kingdoms. It is how carefully love is asked to tell the truth.

The world opens through three neighborhoods. Characters cross between them. Start where the flavor fits the night you want.

Ethic

The water

Across every doorway, a few things stay in the water.

Love is practiced — disclosure, restraint, witnessing — not staged as a rescue fantasy. People are honored in the configurations that let them flourish, not corrected into someone else's idea of safe.

The register is sex-positive and appreciative of humanity: different approaches to life, sex, and spirituality are allowed to be interesting. Strong faith and honest lust are not enemies; lust does not cheapen love — it informs it. Cruelty dressed as piety is treated as religion done wrong. Disagreement does not cancel the chance that the other side has a point worth hearing. The dangerous pattern is moral certitude worn as a cloak at someone else's expense.

Liberation here is personal: becoming freer to know, bear, and choose — not a team jersey.

Neighborhoods

Three doors on the same street

Freely Given neighborhood still

Paranormal liberation romance

Freely Given

Heat with consequence. Households that take honesty seriously. The uncanny leans in when ordinary love has already been asked for more than ordinary life usually allows.

Kitchens and thresholds, vows kept under pressure, desire treated as information rather than shame. Early books center Nora's loves with Daniel and Callie — real from the start — without this page promising any single late-series shape.

Already on the path: Unlocked (Book One) and Opened (Book Two) establish the flagship street. Attended (Book Three) and Yielded (Book Four) continue it; further titles wait further down the road.

Choose this neighborhood if you want the long arc, the paranormal register, and intimacy as a forge — books that stand alone while a larger story gathers.

Club W.I.N.K. neighborhood still

Community burlesque · sisterhood · safety-first

Club W.I.N.K.

Community burlesque as community theatre. Sisterhood in the wings. Safety architecture you can feel in the room. Naturalistic in the foreground; grounded, warm, a little wicked in the naming.

A former vaudeville theatre rebuilt into an amateur, community-driven, safety-first company — not a vanity club. Officially Women Inspiring New Kinship. Regulars, with a wink, also call it Women in Notorious Knickers. Classes draw women from a wide radius; show nights turn the house into a claim: every woman's right to be admired, and the virtues of those who do the admiring. Performing here is not framed as a money play. It is about the girls in the wings.

Dressing rooms locked against the rest of the world; partners trained for the door; the bar waiting until the last act is done. Freely Given readers already meet performers who belong on this stage.

Club W.I.N.K. is its own line in the same universe — a neighborhood you can live in book after book.

Choose this neighborhood if you want stagecraft, found family, and liberation rendered as a room you could almost walk into — heat held in community rather than in haunted pressure.

Amorous Authority neighborhood still

Kink-forward BDSM liberation romance

Amorous Authority

Same larger world; dial turned toward negotiated power, appetite, and the disciplines people choose on purpose. Naturalistic on the page — the uncanny stays on other streets.

Co-traveler to Club W.I.N.K. and sibling to Freely Given in one shared universe. Two rooms of one house: the Club's register is admiration; this doorway's is negotiation. Brands stay distinct; the heat does not pretend to be soft-focus.

A grounded contemporary scene community — play parties and quiet rooms, rope and aftercare, safewords spoken without shame. Consent as craft. Desire as serious play. Authority as something given and received rather than seized — shared and rotated so the frame does not burn out the one who holds it. Access runs on trust and a DIY / lend / make economy more than on wealth.

Amorous Authority is its own line. Enter through Velvet and Steel; Dommestic is a tentative title on the same street. Come here when you want the Grey universe with dominance, surrender, and the intelligence of lust unapologetically in the foreground.

Choose this neighborhood if Club's warmth interests you but you want the kink explicit, centered, and unapologetic — or if Freely Given's power-forward heat is home and you want the naturalistic kink register next.

What this page will not do

This is a setting brief for readers, not a spoiler atlas. Antagonists, sealed histories, manor rules, and late-series household geometry stay in the books that earn them. Geography stays thin on purpose: you will meet ordinary rooms held carefully, and you will meet Club W.I.N.K. as a real rebuilt theatre. Cities and any house in the woods belong to the novels when they arrive.
